Peter Francis is a chartered engineer, process improvement specialist and automation and controls expert. He has worked for 40 years in many process industries including water treatment, food, pharmaceutical and renewable energy and is Managing Director of engineering consultants MAT Ltd. With a diploma in leadership and management he brings a blend of equipment and human behaviour improvements to projects.
