Bürkert strengthens South West with new Account Manager
Bürkert Fluid Control Systems has appointed a new Account Manager for the South West of England and South Wales region. Jon Roberts strengthens Bürkert’s customer service network and will work directly with OEMs, distributors and end users to support applications across the process and measurement control portfolio.
The appointment will reinforce operational support for Bürkert’s customers across all process industries in the region. Jon brings over 17 years’ account management experience across public and private sector projects to the role, which has a strong emphasis on customer care.
The recruitment means improved business support to resolve customer challenges, and Jon will specify and advise on applications across the process industry.
“With 20 years’ customer-facing experience, I bring a client’s view to Bürkert’s service delivery,” says Jon. “My focus will be on our customers’ challenges and the most effective approaches they need to take in order to improve efficiency, uptime and gain increased value. Bürkert has an ethos of building strong personal relationships with its clients and I look forward to being part of that.”
Neil Saunders, UK General Manager at Bürkert, adds: “The south west of England and south of Wales is a very important region for Bürkert in the UK. We have a wide range of clients in this area, many of whom have been partners for many years. It’s crucial that we provide them with the highest level of support in order to help them achieve their objectives in 2020 and beyond.”
