Aquisition expands scope of Emersons real-time manufacturing solutions for regulated process industries, including life sciences, speciality chemical, and food and beverage Emerson today announced it has acquired Decision Management International, Inc. (DMI) of Bradenton, Florida, USA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
DMI becomes part of Emerson Process Management, adding leading software and expertise, including electronic management of workflow, materials, equipment, personnel, and documentation, to expand Emersons real-time manufacturing solutions. The acquisition includes all DMI technologies, applications, services, and employees.
