Process systems for handling dry bulk materials

Spiroflow-Horizon Systems Ltd is a new joint venture company formed by Spiroflow Ltd and their partner Horizon Systems Inc of Lawrence, Kansas, USA to market Horizon’s expertise in designing process systems for handling dry bulk materials throughout Europe.

Through a broad range of product offerings, Spiroflow-Horizon Systems Ltd will offer the full range of lean phase pneumatic conveying (pressure and vacuum), as well as continuous dense phase technology (pressure and vacuum) for handling delicate, friable, formed or extruded products such as snack foods, pet foods, agricultural seeds and plastics pellets, with little or no damage. They have installed a Test Centre within the Spiroflow Technology Centre at Clitheroe, Lancashire, UK and look forward to having the opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of their equipment to customers.

However, Spiroflow-Horizon Systems Ltd will offer much more than pneumatic conveying. Naturally, there will be access to the full range of mechanical conveyors and bulk bag handling systems manufactured by Spiroflow. Moreover, Spiroflow-Horizon Systems Ltd has the resources, capability and experience to design, project manage and install systems that not only include their own product lines, but as well include processing equipment such as mills, mixers, sifters and micro/minor batching systems.
