Radii Planet Group, a prominent global manufacturer of aluminum partitions, has taken a significant step by implementing Flightpath Pro—an innovative AI-driven software created by coatingAI in partnership with AkzoNobel Powder Coatings. This state-of-the-art solution aims to optimize the performance of coating lines and improve product quality.
Flightpath Pro ensures a more uniform and consistent coating application by considering factors like spray pattern variations, distance, reciprocator speed, and powder type. This software allows companies to make gradual improvements in their powder coating processes, leading to a substantial competitive edge.
By integrating Flightpath Pro and utilizing the expertise and support from AkzoNobel’s Interpon team, Radii Planet Group has seen impressive advancements:
