Maintenance work can now be performed on site in paperless mode

The EfficiencyManager from Klüber Lubrication provides companies with a comprehensive overview of all the machines and equipment relevant to the production process, together with any potentials for optimisation.

The online-based software package enables the growing level of complexity in the networked firm to be efficiently structured, assuring a trouble-free production operation.

The new EfficiencyManager app now enables maintenance work to be performed and documented on-site in paperless mode. The system concerned is selected with a user-friendly search function by entering the asset or inventory number – or simply by means of QR-code detection. A digital maintenance plan provides information on all work items scheduled.

The work instructions and documentation required for the maintenance work involved can be called up directly through the app, which facilitates the process significantly, and prevents any errors in execution. After the work has been completed, feedback is fed into the system – ensuring audit-compliance throughout. The app is protected against unauthorised access by a password and a secure link.
