Earlier this year, Rittal accomplished double success when both UK companies, Rittal-CSM, our design and manufacturing company in Plymouth and Rittal Ltd, the sales and marketing company, achieved Investors in People Bronze Standard.

To put this achievement in context, of the 24,000 organisations in the UK that had achieved Investors in People status, only 700 had achieved the Bronze standard.

Dr Stephen Hobbs, managing director of Rittal UK said “this shows the commitment of both companies’ management and staff to strive for the highest standards.

Our next step is for us to achieve the more challenging Silver standard (and so join the elite band of only 254 organisations who have achieved this status) and ultimately progress further to attain the Gold standard”.
