Nerak Continuous Bucket Elevators work by carrying a product from an inlet point to an outlet point in a series of buckets joined together by a patented rubber chain system.

One of the key features of Nerak Continuous Bucket Elevators is that once the product has been introduced into the bucket, almost no energy is transferred into the product which eliminates the possibility of product breakage. This type of machine is very popular in industries where the product cannot afford to have any degradation in transit such as cereal, confectionary, food and minerals to name just a few.

The configuration of the machines is also incredibly versatile, where they can seamlessly transfer product from horizontal through to vertical and back to horizontal. This makes them perfect for applications that might require the filling of a vessel or mixer at high level. The Nerak Continuous Bucket Elevators have the ability to be configured in a ‘Z’ shape, ‘C’ shape, as well as inclined and horizontal only.

How Does A Nerak Continuous Bucket Elevator Work?

The market leading rubber chain technology has the added advantage of no moving parts which means that, unlike link or roller bush chain, there are no areas where product can ingress causing cleaning and chain life issues, as well as almost no stretch, so low maintenance. This results in a chain life that is considerably longer than other options available in the market.

If you have a requirement for a versatile machine, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
