The Beamex Annual Calibration Exchange (ACE) 2021 is going virtual, and available at no cost!
A two-day virtual event all about calibration | 29th – 30th September
Beamex announces their Annual Calibration Exchange (ACE2021) will now be presented as a no-cost virtual event.
Due to the continued effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, Beamex has made the difficult decision, to again host the 2021 Annual Calibration Exchange as a virtual event. The meeting was originally planned to be held live at the Space Center in Houston.

“We were very excited to bring ACE back as a live event, however, the health and safety of our attendees, speakers and employees is paramount to Beamex. We are thankful that we have the opportunity, through digital technology, to be able to provide attendees much of the same content and interactions they have come to expect from ACE.” states Greg Sumners, President of Beamex Inc.
The 2020 Annual Calibration Exchange, which was also held virtually, had more than 300 registrations internationally. The meeting included discussions on the impacts of digitalisation on the process industry, integrating calibration systems, automation and more. Recordings from the 2020 event are available via the Beamex website
This year’s event will explore the latest insights, trends and best practices for process plant managers, engineers and technicians seeking to improve calibration quality, safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Instructors will discuss day-to-day challenges and how best to solve them through new and innovative strategies and advances in calibration technology—all designed to save time while achieving quality metrics and improving safety.
Beamex is pleased to welcome the following guest speakers, who will provide participants with the practical skills and know-how needed to improve daily maintenance processes and tasks:
- Jody Damron, Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, Salt River Project
- Steve Jerge, Calibration Supervisor, Lonza
- George Lister, Program Coordinator for Industrial Instrumentation, Del Mar College
- Brian Pozwick, Manager of Electrical and Instrumentation, Northeast Ohio Region Sewer
- Antonio Vega, Service Supervisor, New England Controls, Inc. (NECI)
