The Calma pump, is designed to be used as a single unit or as an element within multiple hydraulic assemblies. The modular philosophy means that standard housings can easily be varied to incorporate different functions and different internal connections.
Setting a new standard for noise reduction on hydraulic pumps. Developed on the principle for double flank engagement, already known from WQ900.
Designed for applications where low noise and/or low pressure pulsation is required, eg Electric Counterbalance Forklift Trucks, Reach Trucks, etc.
Outside dimensions are equal to WQ900.
Design code ”L” version available for improved performance and durability at noise reduction at low rpm.
Operating pressure P2 – max. 20 sec loaded following 10 sec minimum unloaded. Minimum speed is valid for CALMA pump series with optional Low speed feature (Design code ”L”).
Low speed feature (Design code ”L”):
At 400 RPM and operating pressure 250 bar – max. 2,5 sec load duration. Reduced operating pressure results in longer load duration (>2,5 sec).
Min. viscosity range: min. 10 mm2 /s.
